This has been the best experience for me. New Sound has cutting edge testing tools- I was surprised at how thorough and pleasant the hearing test was. (Last one at a different site was not.) The Tecnician was very pleasant, took time to explain the process, and reviewed my test when we were finished. It was very interesting, revealing, and helpful to understand where my hearing weakness is and how to restore my hearing. I would heartily recommend New Sound Hearing to ANYONE who wants to know where they are challenged, and the staff will commit to helping with the whole insurance process to ensure that your road back to perfect hearing is as painless as possible!

I was having trouble hearing for about 3 months. I tried everything I could on my own. I saw an ad for a free hearing test and made an appointment. They checked my ears and determined the problem. A gem in a small town. New Sound Hearing in Mineola is the place to go for your hearing aids. My first set of hearing aids didn’t work for me, and Sarah fitted me with another brand of aids, even worked with the insurance company to get custom ear pieces. Molly at the front desk is very friendly and professional, and Sarah Noble is the best! Highly recommend!!

Our daughter would come into the room and ask why I had the TV so loud. It’s nice to be able to be in the room with others and not have them going crazy with the loud volume. It’s a good feeling to now have the sound come right into my hearing aids.
